We have the right to refuse any services.

GUARANTEES
All services are guaranteed. Notify us immediately of any unsatisfied services. We will redo the services within 3 days. NO REFUND.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
Give us 24 hours advance notice.

LATE ARRIVAL
If you will be late by 5 minutes or more, contact our salon in advance or immediately. Otherwise, your appointment will not be guaranteed.

PRICES
Prices and Services are subject to changes at any time without notice.

CELL PHONE / LOUD TALKING
As a courtesy to others, please set your phone on silent or vibrate. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy. 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Notify the staff if you have any special needs, sensitive skin, or health/medical/allergy problems that may affect the service. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or burning due to our services.

CHILD SAFETY
Watch your children at all times. We are not responsible for anything that may happen.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Pink Passion Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services. All other forms of payment, including checks, will not be accepted.

GIFT CARDS
Cards are only redeemable for services or products. We are not responsible for lost gift cards.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
